基于配电网中多点测控信息分布,本文构建了以负荷节点为核心的负荷单元和以电源为核心的源点单元,开展了单元融合的孤岛动态划分算法。提出了基于潮流解的电压稳定裕度指标排序为节点单元融合提供了融合导向,最终形成合理的孤岛划分区域。并通过IEEE-33节点系统中利用简单故障和复合故障的设定证明了孤岛划分方案的可行性。并从服务工程实际角度出发,进行了配电网不平衡潮流校验,根据具体情况提出了利用光伏电源分散布置、分相投切的方式完成了不平衡功率的补偿,该方案能够为配电网故障后的孤岛运行提供工程指导。
Based on the information points located in the distribution network, the load zone units around the certain load bus and the source zone units around the distribution generator (DG) are defined. And then the regions merging algorithm is programmed according to the sequence of voltage stability margin index of load buses, in which the index can conduct the priority trend of the merging operation of load units. Finally, the island partition zones will be product with the better voltage stability. The IEEE-33 bus system with single fault and multi-faults is used as the benchmark and the results of island partition zones confirm the feasibility and the validity of the above method. After that, from the engineering view, the unbalanced load flow calculations are carried out. According the above calculation results, the split phase compensation and distribution location measures by means of installation of single phase PV panels are implemented, and then the voltage magnitude and the three-phase voltage unbalance factor can be pulled to the reasonable range. So the island partition scheme is valuable for the practical grid operators.
