斜气门三维动网格算法

提出了带斜气门的缸内三维动态网格算法。将动态网格分为运动和静止两种类型进行建模。根据网格连续、协调和变化率小的原则,将运动网格分为气门开启和闭合2个运动方向,以及受气门影响的区域3种情况分别建立数学模型。在开启方向给出等间距结合网格增加算法(算法Ⅰ),在闭合方向给出等间距结合网格减少算法(算法Ⅱ),在气门影响区给出网格线性漂移算法(算法Ⅲ)。耦合算法Ⅰ到算法Ⅲ,构建斜气门三维动网格算法。试验表明:采用该算法处理的网格尺寸变化率小,协调性好,收敛性好,可以在内燃机工作过程多维模型仿真中处理斜气门空间时应用,对提高仿真精准度和水平具有一定意义。

英文摘要:

The arithmetic is given on 3D moving mesh for in-cylinder with tilted valves and ports. The moving mesh was modeled in both static and moving types. Based on the continuum, harmony, small vari- ation principle, the moving mesh was modeled in three classifications, they are, valve opening region, valve closing region, and region affected by valves. Arithmetic using equal mesh nodes combined with mesh addition (named as arithmetic Ⅰ ) was made in the valve opening direction, arithmetic using equal mesh nodes combined with mesh lessening (named as arithmetic Ⅱ ) was made in the valve closing direction, and the coordinate of mesh nodes was linearly adjusted around valves (named as arithmetic Ⅲ ). 3D moving mesh arithmetic for in-cylinder with tilted valves and ports was constructed by coupling the arith- metic. The results show that the mesh obtained is harmonious, well astringency and little dimensional vari- ation when applying the arithmetic. It is concluded that the arithmetic is acceptable and applicable in multi-dimensional simulation of engine cylinder process with tilted valves, and has a valuable value in pro- moting simulation precision.
