慢性肾功能衰竭与急性痛风性关节炎合并发病,焦剑老师认为肾虚血瘀,湿浊内蕴为本病的基本病机,故治疗采用补肾活血祛浊法,运用整体治疗与局部治疗相结合,内服自拟方加味清血汤,并根据病因及证候类型辨证用药,外用自创外敷止痛贴,内外配合,取得良好疗效。
英文摘要：
This paper presented Professor Jiao Jian＇s comments on the chronic kidney failure with acute gouty arthritis. She believes that the basic pathogenesis is kidney deficiency and blood stasis, interior accumulation of dampness and turbid. Jiao Jian ＇s clinical experience of the treatment is combined with administered modified Qingxue decoction. The detection for Chinese herb formula with function of strengthening kidney, activating circulation and removing dampness-turbidity is of great value to be applied in treat the chronic kidney failure with acute gouty arthritis.
