依据位于藏东南雅鲁藏布大峡谷分支一鲁朗河谷的中国科学院藏东南高山环境综合观测站(29°45′N,94°44′E,海拔3326m)架设的边界层气象塔2007年一整年的常规气象观测资料,初步分析了该地区的气候特征,并与珠穆朗玛峰北坡河谷的气象数据作了简单比较。结果表明:鲁朗河谷年平均地面气温为5.55℃,1月平均地面气温最低,8月平均温度最高。由于观测站处于高山峡谷之中,年平均风速只有1.70m·s,风速、风向主要受周围地形影响,山谷风显著。地面气压年变化呈双峰型,归属于低地到高山的过渡型。近地表大气的年平均相对湿度是73.53%。
Based on the meteorological data collected in 2007 from an Planet Boundary Layer (PBL) set up at integrated observation and research station for alpine environment in South-East Tibet (ISSET) (29°45′N,94°44′E, 3326 m), which located at Lulang Valley of the southeastern Tibetan Plateau. Some Preliminary results of climatic features over this area were obtained. The results show that the yearly mean surface air temperature is 5.55℃, the monthly mean of the air temperature was the lowest in January; while the highest in August. The year averaged wind speed is 1.70 m · s^-1 and the wind speed and direction are depended on the terrain around the site. Mountain-valley wind is prevailing here too. The annual variation of surface air pressure is in double peak pattern, it is belonging to the transion pattern - from lowland to alpine. Annual average of air relative humidity is 73.53% over the area.
