为加快毕节地区优质猪产业的建设,选择(96±5)日龄、遗传来源相近、体重(51.32±0.80)kg的"长×大"外二元去势的健康生长肥育猪48头,采用毕节地区优势饲料资源苜蓿、特色饲料资源苦荞及天然植物提取物营养调控剂配制试验日粮,进行生长试验+比较屠宰试验,测定毕节生境条件下50~80 kg外二元生长肥育猪的能量代谢与沉积规律,探索其能量需要量。结果表明,毕节生境条件下50~80 kg外二元生长肥育猪维持需要的ME为0.472 M J/W0.75,1 kg增重的ME需要为22.12 M J,摄入DE转化为ME的效率为95.23%,能量需要模型为ME(M J/d)=0.472W0.75+22.12△W,或DE(M J/d)=0.495W0.75+23.23△W。
48 healthy foreign binary-cross pigs with 96±5 days age,51.32±0.80 kg and the similar genetic source were fed with the testing daily ration added with alfalfa,buckwheat and natural nutrition regulation agent by using growth and comparative slaughter design to study the regularity of energy metabolism and deposition during growth period of foreign binary-cross pigs under Bijie habitat.The results show that the required ME for a foreign binary-cross pig with 50-80 kg body weight was 0.472 MJ/W0.75,the ME for 1 kg increment was 22.12 MJ,the conversion efficiency of ME/DE was 95.32 %,and the energy requirement model was ME/(MJ/d)=0.472W0.75+22.12△W or DE/(MJ/d)=0.495W0.75+23.23△W.
