以水合碳酸铈为原料,通过加入氯化铵,研究了水合碳酸铈与氯化铵质量比、煅烧温度对氧化铈颗粒粒度的影响。结果分析表明:在碳酸铈的研磨过程及其随后的煅烧过程中,氯化铵起到了助磨和阻止氧化铈晶粒长大的作用,且氯化铵所占比例越大,作用越明显,在比例达到1:1以后,粒径基本不变。
The effects of mass ratio of hydrated cerium carbonate to NH4Cl and annealing temperature on CeO2 crastallite size were investigated by milling hydrated cerium carbonate with NH4Cl. the results showed that NH4Cl has grind-aiding action and could effectively prevent the particles from aggregating and growing up during milling and subsequent calcing period. The smaller the size of the products was appeared with the higher percentage of NH4Cl. However,the size could not be smaller any more if the mass ratio (of hydrated cerium carbonate to NH4Cl) gets to 1 : 1.
