厚松散层上提工作面覆岩运移与支架-围岩关系研究

针对厚松散层提高回采上限而导致综采工作面易压架的现象,采用理论分析、FLAC3D数值模拟和现场实测对谢桥煤矿1202(3)提高回采上限综采工作面围岩应力分布、覆岩运移及支架受力、变形特征进行分析。研究结果表明:受煤层倾角、覆岩结构和缩小防水煤柱影响,沿工作面倾向的支承压力、覆岩运移等具有非对称分布特点;提高回采上限使得基岩厚度变小,是影响支架选型及工作面安全回采的关键因素之一;当基岩厚度与松散层厚度比值小于0.1时,支架工作阻力和顶板下沉量的关系曲线呈双曲线特征;当基岩厚度与松散层厚度比值大于0.1时,关系曲线接近于线性特征;在开采上限的合理范围内,液压支架工作阻力与基岩厚度成反比关系。揭示了厚松散层下提高回采上限开采覆岩运移的非对称性及其对支架-围岩关系的影响,为上提工作面支架选型、围岩稳定性控制提供了参考。

According to increase mining upper limit in thick loose strata and thus powered support jammed phenomenon occurred in coal mining face, theoretical analysis, FLAC^3D numerical simulation and site measurement were applied to analyze surrounding rock stress distribution, overburden strata migration, powered support stress and deformation features of No. 1202( 3 )coal mining face in Xieqiao Mine to improve the mining upper limit. The study result showed that influenced by seam inclination, overburden strata structure and size reduced coal pillar, support pressure along the face inclination, overburden strata migration and others would have asymmetric distribution features. To increase mining upper limit could make the thickness of base rock becoming lower and would be one of the key factors to influence powered support selection and safety mining of coal mining face. When the thickness ratio of bedrock was 0.1 less than the thickness ration of loose strata, the curves of the powered support working resistance and the roof subsidence value would have "double curve" features. When the thickness ratio of the bedrock thickness and the loose strata thickness was over 0.1, the curve was close to a linear relationship. Within the rational scope of the mining upper limit, the powered support working resistance and bedrock thickness would be in inverse ratio relationship. The paper revealed that under thick loose strata to increase mining upper limit, the asymmetry of the overburden strata migration and the influence to relationship between support and surrounding rock could provide references to powered support selection and surrounding rock stability control of coal mining face to increase mining upper limit.
