本文分析模型为扭转效应明显且高宽比为5.6的不规则高层建筑。分析结果表明:采用隔震结构以后,原结构的基本振型由扭转振型变成了沿Y方向的平动振型,结构振动主要集中在低阶振型,结构动力特性改变为以X、Y向的整体平动为主。不同隔震层偏心率下时程分析的结果表明,在隔震层刚度中心对上部结构质量中心偏心率不同时,上部结构地震响应的变化率在5%以内,对规范规定的"隔震层刚度中心宜与上部结构的质量中心重合"的原则可适当放宽要求。
In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of general and isolated irregular high-rise with obvious torsion effect are analyzed,and the seismic response of the L-shaped building which has an aspect ratio of 5.6 is compared,using different stiffness eccentricity ratios of rubber bearings.Analysis results show that the basic vibration model turns into translation of Y direction.The structural vibration is concentrate to the lower ones and mainly of them are the translations of X and Y directions.The time history analysis results indicate that the rate of change of the seismic responds of super-structure is less than 5% with the different stiffness eccentricity ratio of the isolation layer.So the rule that the stiffness center of the isolation layer and the quality center of superstructure should coincide,maybe relaxed in some degree.
