依据冷凝器设计原理,通过Matlab仿真软件对空冷式冷凝器进行设计研究。计算模型为稳态分布模型,选取的研究对象为目前最为实用的四种肋片管,通过对每一种肋片形式的冷凝器管内制冷剂的不同状态分别做分析,以此达到较高的仿真效果。分别根据管壁肋片的不同形式,综合分析各种肋片在不同空气流速、不同肋间距下换热情况,以及不同制冷剂流量对换热情况的影响。在仿真结果上对比实际冷凝器的换热情况,比较仿真的结果,提出了系列设计意见。
Based on theoretical of the condenser design, use the simulation software Matlab to design and research the air condenser. Use the steady-state model to analyze the different states of the refrigerant in the condenser, and then get higher simulation efficient. Based on the different types of the tube wall fin, analyze the changes of heat transfer between different velocities of airflow, different gape of the fin, different volume of the refrigerant. Based on the simulation, and compare with the realistic states get the correlation suggestions in the condenser design.
