研究了原材料在不同粒径、不同烧结温度条件下所生成钙钛矿锰氧化物热致变色材料的晶粒尺度变化,进而分析了晶粒尺度对材料辐射特性的影响。结果表明:不同粒径原材料在同一烧结温度下烧结的样品晶粒尺度近乎相等,发射率变化幅度相当,相变温度保持不变。同粒径原料在不同温度下烧结,材料晶粒尺度随烧结温度升高而增大;经比较不同晶粒尺度材料的辐射特性,可知大晶粒尺度材料在高温时发射率较高,低温发射率较低,使发射率整体变化幅度提高,而对材料相变温度则几乎没有影响。
The effects of the mean particle size of raw material and sintering temperature on the grain size of the block perovskite manganese oxide were studied. The effects of the grain size of the samples on the radiation properties of the thermochromic materials were discussed. The measured results show that the grain size of the perovskite manganese oxide is almost not changed with the different particle size of raw material under the same sintering temperature. The grain size of the perovskite manganese oxide increases with the sintering temperature for the same particle size of raw material. It is also found that the changing range of the emittance of thermochromic material increases with the grain size of the samples. But the transition temperature of thermochromic material is not changed with grain size.
