目的：系统评价血栓心脉宁治疗心绞痛的疗效。方法：使用中国生物医学数据库、中国知网和MEDLIN等检索血栓心脉宁治疗心绞痛的随机对照试验（RCT），检索时限均为1997年1月-2013年9月，并采用STATA11．0软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入14个RCT，共1341例患者。血栓心脉宁干预组与对照组相比，能显著提高心绞痛改善率（OR=3．19，95％CI=2．45—4．15，P〈0．0001）和心电图疗效率（0R：2．26，95％CI：1．79～2．86，P〈0．0001）。对单用血栓心脉宁与血栓心脉宁联合常规西药治疗心绞痛分别进行亚组分析，与相应的对照组比较发现，心脉宁联合常规西药治疗组能更有效地提高心绞痛疗效率（OR=3．16．95％CI=2．05。4．86）和心电图疗效率（OR=2．49，95％CI：1．28—4．85）。结论：Meta分析结果提示，与对照组比较，血栓心脉宁治疗心绞痛可以提高心绞痛改善率和心电图疗效率，且血栓心脉宁和常规西药联合治疗心绞痛效果较好。由于纳入研究质量所限，尚需开展更多高质量的研究作进一步分析。

英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE ： To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Xueshanxinmaining （XSXMN） for patients with angina pectoris. METHODS： We searched Chinese Biological Medicine Database （CBM） , China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CKNI） and MEDLINE to collect the randomized controlled trials （RCTs） on Xueshanxinmaining （XSXMN） for treatment of angina pectoris published between Jan. 1997 and Sept. 2013. All analyses were performed using STATA version 11.0. RESULTS： A total of fourteen randomized controlled trials involving 1 341 cases were eligible. Xueshanxinmaining intervention significantly improved the improvement rate of angina（ OR = 3.19, 95% CI = 2.45-4. 15 ,P 〈 0. 000 1 ） and the effective rate in electrocardiogram （ECG） （ OR = 2.26, 95% CI = 1.79-2. 86, P 〈 0. 000 1 ） as compared with control group. A subgroup analysis was performed by subdividing into Xuesh alone and Xueshuanxinmainning combined conventional western medicine treatment. We found that the combination ng of Xueshuanxinmaining with conventional western medicine resulted in better efficacy for angina pectoris and better ECG efficacy as compared with the corresponding control group （ OR -- 3.16,95% CI = 2. 054. 86 ; OR = 2.49,95% CI = 1.28-4. 85, respectively）. CONCLUSION： Our meta-analysis indicates that Xue~hanxinmaining intervention was associated with higher efficacy for angina pectoris and electrocardiogram symptoms as compared with control group, especially when Xueshanxinmaining was used in combination with conventional western medicines. However, due to the low quality of the included studies, more high quality studies are needed.
