Safety reliability played a vital role in cold chain logistics inventory strategy. This paper took Yunnan Tricholoma matsutake as the research object, put the safety reliability into the cold chain logistics inventory operation process, established the cold chain logistics inventory model to analyze the difficulties from safety reliability management resulting high cost and so on. In response to these obstacles, we should carry out joint inventory management, based on safety reliability of cold storage hardware and software upgrade etc to promote the cold chain logistics of Tricholoma matsutake in Yunnan inventory optimization.
