实验测定了丙烷在一段长度1550mm、内径6mm的水平管内两相流动摩擦压降特性。实验测试的质量流量范围62-104kg·m^-2s^-1,压力范围0.13-0.44MPa,含气率范围0-1。实验结果表明,摩擦压降随质量流率的上升而增大,随饱和压力的上升而减小,而含气率的影响规律则呈现先升后降的趋势。将实验数据与已有文献模型的计算结果进行比较发现,Miiller-Steinhagen & Heck模型的预测结果最好,其平均绝对偏差为18.63%;Lockhart&Martinelli模型的预测结果也较好,其平均绝对偏差约为31.46%。
Two-phase frictional pressure drop data for propane were obtained in a horizontal tube at conditions covering mass fluxes from 62 to 104 kg·m^-2s^-1 saturated pressures from 0.13 to 0.44 MPa, and vapor quality range from 0 to 1. Results indicate that two-phase frictional pressure drop increases with the increment of mass flux, but decreases as the saturation pressure increases. As for the influence of vapor quality, the two-phase frictional pressure drop gradually increases in a wide range of vapor quality until it reaches a peak point followed by a decrease trend. The calculated results using five correlations are then compared with the experimental data. Miiller-Steinhagen and Heck correlation gives the best fit with a mean absolute deviation of 18.63%, and Lockhart and Martinelli correlation also shows a relatively good agreement with a mean absolute deviation about 31.46%.
