建筑行业是目前劳资冲突发生率最高的行业,劳资关系问题的研究应重视建筑行业的劳资关系问题。通过对本行业的抽样调查以及对建筑行业相关行政部门的走访,可以看出影响我国建筑行业劳资关系的一些深层次的问题,这对制定有关法规及政策具有重要的参考作用。
Building industry at present is one of the maximal conflicts between employers and employees, which should be highly attended. Based on the sampling investigations of the building sites of C city in Jilin province, detailed interviews of the building labors and visits to the administrative departments of construction, we can find some influencing factors of the labor- management relations in our country, which can provide reference for working out related regulations and policies.
