Resource model is premise and foundation to realize goal of networked manufacturing. This paper firstly carries on the demand analysis to the network manufacture resources model. Then systematically describes the network manufacture resources in classification, logical level and formalized definition, and establishes multi-level and multi-dimension reference model for network manufacture resources. Finally, proposes the model realization solution based on XML, a realization case, and describes some key problem on resource model for networked manufacturing, which will be researched in future.
