以废旧铅膏为原料,使用碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠为复合脱硫剂对其进行脱硫处理。通过脱硫后的产品组成以及铅膏脱硫率进行对比,优选出最佳的脱硫条件。结果表明:采用复合脱硫剂,在3.40g碳酸钠和1.34g碳酸氢钠优化配比条件下,铅膏可以获得99%以上的脱硫率,并且消除了NaPb2(CO3)2OH脱硫副产物,能得到较为纯净的碳酸铅固体。
The lead paste from used lead-acid battery was desulfurized by complex desulfurizer of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3. Through contrast of products characterization and the desulfurization ratio of lead paste, the best desulfurization condition will be obtained. Pure lead carbonate can be prepared under a certain proportion of complex desulfurizer, namely 3.40 g Na2CO3 and 1.34 g NaHCO3, with the desulfurization ratio above 99 %.
