英文摘要：
Improving students＇ ability of self-regulated learning is very important for the local tourism colleges and universities to improve the talent training quality. The university or college class is a key position to improve students＇ ability of self-regulated learning. However, compared the national key universities, the local tourism colleges and universities are facing even bigger challenge of improving students＇ ability of self-regulated learning. The causes are that students do not have strong self-learning ability, that teachers do not have strong guiding ability and activeness of directing students＇ learning, and that the class scale is comparatively big in local ordinary colleges and universities. These local colleges and universities should make best use of the net work to set up new teaching philosophy, establish new relations between teachers and students, explore new interactive teaching pattern, adopt new teaching method, and so on. Of course, to build innovative mechanism of teaching encouragement is necessary for the above tactics to make it successively.
