利用声发射(Acoustic Emission,AE)技术分析不同锈蚀率钢筋混凝土柱轴心受压荷载下的断裂损伤特性。对锈蚀率为O、5%、10%、15%的钢筋混凝土柱进行轴心加载试验,分析不同锈蚀率的钢筋混凝土柱表面裂缝分布规律,并根据声发射b值变化捕捉宏观裂纹的出现时刻,通过b值描绘了不同锈蚀率钢筋混凝土柱的初始损伤状态。结果表明:通过加载过程b值曲线中的突降点(声发射信号幅值分布变化)的确定能捕捉到钢筋混凝土柱裂纹宏观拓展时刻,钢筋锈蚀使得构件在加载前便出现了宏观裂缝。通过对加载前期b值曲线中跳跃点分析,证明了轴心受压荷载作用下锈蚀钢筋混凝土中保护层部分作用削弱,主要由核心混凝土承受荷载。
Acoustic Emission (AE) technology was used to analyze the damage failure properties of reinforced concrete column with different corrosion rate under axial compression loading.Four kinds of reinforced concrete columns with the corrosion rate of 0,5%, 10%, 15% were selected in the test.Distribution of corrosion cracks on the surfaces of the specimens with different corrosion rated was analyzed. The macroscopic crack appearing time was deduced by the acoustic emission b-value theory, and the initial damage condition of reinforced concrete column with different corrosion rate was given by b-value.Results show that the moment of the crack expansion of reinforced concrete column can be got by dropping points of the b value curve.That is acoustic emission signal amplitude distribution changes.It is steel corrosion that makes the appearance of macro cracks before loading application.By analyzing the jumping points on b-value curves during the loading process,it can be found that the bearing capability of the corroded reinforced concrete is mainly supported by core concrete with the cover concrete weakening.
