为研究使用打车软件对乘客等车时间和出租车空驶时间的影响,将乘客分为扬招乘客、使用打车软件不加价者和使用打车软件加价者三类,建立打车软件模型.考虑接收出行信息约束、接单约束、加价约束等,并比较三类乘客的比例对乘客等车时间和出租车空驶时间的影响.结果表明应该鼓励乘客使用打车软件,面对加价行为可能影响公平时,可以采取延长加价等待时间,减少加价金额上限,灵活调整司机接短途订单的最小等待时间并配合积分奖励措施,以减少不公平的程度.
To find out the effect of using taxi-calling apps on passengers' waiting time and taxis' idle driving time,passengers are classified into three categories,which are those calling taxis with hands,those using taxi-calling apps with price rising and those using taxi-calling apps without price rising,and then the model of taxi-calling apps is set up. The constraints of receiving travel information,taking orders and raising price are considered and the effect of proportion of the three classes of passengers on passengers' waiting time and taxis' idle driving time is compared. The results show that passengers should be encouraged to use taxi-calling apps. When price rising may affect fairness,measures such as prolonging waiting time for price rising,reducing the limit amount of price rising,and adjusting drivers' minimum waiting time for taking orders of short distance flexibly with reward credit incentives can be taken to reduce the degree of unfairness.
