在硅烷偶联剂(3-环氧乙基甲氧基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷(GPTMS)作用下合成了多级孔结构ZSM5沸石,采用X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜及N2吸脱附实验表征了合成样品的结构和形貌,并研究了间甲酚和对甲酚在合成的多级孔结构ZSM-5上的液相吸附行为.结果表明,合成的多级孔结构ZSM-5沸石具有丰富的介孔结构,在保持吸附量和对位选择性的情况下大幅提高了间甲酚和对甲酚在ZSM-5上的吸附速率.在此基础上对合成的多级孔结构ZSM-5进行了离子交换改性,实验结果表明,钾离子交换可提高ZSM-5的对甲酚选择性.
Hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolites was synthesized with the aid of 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane ( GPTMS).The structure and morphology of the synthesized hierarchical ZSM-5 were characterized by XRD , SEM, TEM and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques.The liquid phase adsorption behaviors of metacresol and paracresol in the prepared hierarchical ZSM-5 samples were investigated.The results indicated that due to the presence of abundent meospores in the synthesized hierarchical ZSM-5 crystals , the adsorption rate was greatly improved for both metacresol and paracresol without sacrificing the adsorption capacity and para selectivity. Futhermore, the synthesized hierarchial ZSM-5 was modified by ion-exchagement , suggested that the modifica-tion of ZSM-5 with K ion could improve the para selectivity.
