以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、油田污泥(OS)、红磷(RP)为原料,采用熔融共混的方法制备了EVA/OS/RP复合材料(EOS),并通过锥形量热仪测试(CCT)、极限氧指数(LOI)和烟密度测试(SDT)等手段研究其阻燃、抑烟性能。CCT结果表明,EOS3(OS质量分数为47%、RP质量分数为3%)的热释放速率、生烟速率与其他样品相比均显著下降,其热释放速率峰值仅为286.2 k W/m~2。LOI结果表明,适量的RP可以提高材料的LOI值,最高可达26.8%。SDT结果表明,在未点火条件下,EOS6(OS质量分数、RP质量分数分别为41%,9%)的光通量高达53.2%;在点火条件下,EOS5(OS质量分数、RP质量分数分别为43%,7%)的光通量为24.1%。
EVA/OS/RP composites (EOS) were prepared using ethylene -vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), oil sludge (OS) and red phosphorus (RP) as raw materials by melt blending method. Flame retardant and smoke suppression properties of the products were characterized via cone calorimetry test (CCT), limiting oxygen index (LOI) and smoke density test (SDT). The CCT results showed that the heat release rate and smoke production rate of EOS3 containing 47wt% OS and 3wt% RP were decreased significantly compared with those of other samples. Addition of a certain amount of RP could evidently increase LOI values, highest to 26.8%. The luminous flux of EOS6 containing 41wt% OS and 9wt% RP could reach 53.2% without the application of the pilot flame, while that of EOS5 contai- ning 43wt% OS and 7wt% RP reach 24.1% with the application of the pilot flame.
