从微观视角研究了科研网络中的知识主体一科研工作者的个体位势对其知识扩散的影响机理。利用社会网络分析方法,从个体中心度和结构洞2个角度对科研网络知识扩散机理提出假设,并选取知识管理这一学科交叉领域的CSSCI数据进行实证分析。研究发现,中心度所衡量的个体位势对网络中个体的知识扩散发挥着显著的正向积极作用;而占据“结构洞”位置的权威个体其知识扩散优势并不明显。进一步,利用通过假设检验的中心度衡量方法得到在知识管理领域占据权威地位的科研工作者。
We study the effect of individual status on knowledge diffusion in scientific network from the micro perspective. Using social network theory, we use two streams of measures - individual centrality and structural holes to explain knowledge diffusion mechanism and develop corresponding hypotheses. We then conduct empirical studies using CSSCI papers from knowledge management field in China. The results show that individual centralities of an author have significant positive effects on his or her paper citation, while the structural hole metric is insignificant. Furthermore, we identify the most influential scientists in knowledge management field using the centrality measures.
