A8B7O24型B位缺位六方钙钛矿陶瓷是一类性能可调的中等介电常数微波介质陶瓷新体系,近来越来越受到广大科研工作者的青睐。介绍了A8B7O24型六方钙钛矿陶瓷的结构特征,综述了该体系陶瓷的交替型以及孪晶型的结构及其微波介电性能。基于目前研究中存在的问题,对该类陶瓷将来的研究方向进行了展望。
A8B7O24 B-site deficient hexagonal perovskites is a novel kind of microwave dielectric ceramics with medium dielectric constant and adjustable properties, which have been more and more attractive to researchers. The structure of A8B7O24-type hexagonal perovskite are introduced, shifted structure and twinned structure of these perovskites and their microwave dielectric properties are reviewed. The existed problems in present studies are pointed out, and the future research trends of this ceramics are proposed.
