采用固定床和回转窑两种反应器,在不同温度下对废旧电路板进行热解,收集热解的固液产物,并测量产物中溴元素的含量,得到了电路板在热解过程中溴平衡的数据.结果表明,回转窑固体产物中的溴元素含量远远高于固定床,其主要原因是由于回转窑中气相停留时间长,从而导致热解产生的HBr气体与电路板中Cu发生了二次反应.
Pyrolysis of printed circuit board has been investigated in two different systems, bench-scale fixed bed reactor (FBR) and lab-scale continuous reactor with rotary paddles (CRR). An analytical method has been developed to quantify the bromine contained in both solid and liquid products. The balance of bromine during pyrolysis is specially studied and a comparison has been made. Results indicate that the bromine content contained in solid products in CRR is greatly larger than that in FBR, and the reason is that the resident time of pyrolytic gases in CRR is much longer than that in FBR, there fore, there is more CuBr in solid products through secondary reaction in CRR than that in FBR.
