在简要介绍微波加热机制及微波条件下二氧化锰纳米晶合成原理的基础上,对微波辅助法在二氧化锰合成中的研究进行了总结,结果表明:微波辅助法能有效提高合成的二氧化锰的电学、催化和光学性质;使合成的二氧化锰形貌更加均匀及特殊;二氧化锰产率在一定程度上得到提高。通过阐述微波辅助法在二氧化锰合成中的应用及现状,认为微波辅助法在二氧化锰合成中的应用日渐成熟,将有利于推动微波辅助法在其他无机材料合成中的应用及工业化。
Based on the briefly introduces of the mechanism of microwave heating and principle of synthesis of nano-crystalline manganese dioxide, study on the synthesis of manganese dioxide in the microwave assisted method is summarized. Results show: Microwave assisted method can effectively improve the electrical,catalytic and optical properties of the synthesis of manganese dioxide; the manganese dioxide morphology is more uniform and special; the manganese dioxide yield rate was increased to a certain extent. The paper described the status and application of microwave assisted method in the synthesis of manganese dioxide. The application of microwave assisted method in the synthesis of manganese dioxide is becoming mature and it will be conducive to promote the application of microwave assisted synthesis of other inorganic materials and industrialization.
