针对目前供应链中价格导向环境下不断升高的质量失效比例,采用基于组织行为学和制度工程学的理论方法对供应商的质量进行了优化研究,尤其是从管理制度角度进行了量化分析和优化方案设计.通过对供应商的不同选择行为进行深入详细的特征分析,并结合与之相匹配的制度工程学模型和计算,建立了一套能够普遍使用的从管理角度进行改进优化的方法.通过在某公司的试运行,验证了该优化方法对供应商管理制度调整的有效性,包括综合设计改善观测器的有效性、提高行为效用和控制行为资源、结合层次分析法重新定义供应商绩效评估以影响和控制行为机会等,藉此不仅促进了该公司的供应商质量管理不断提高,解决了供应商质量不良和改进不力的情况(通过9个月制度优化,产品质量不良率从2.3%降低到了0.9%),并且验证了这套量化管理制度优化方法的有效性.
Supplier quality improvement management is becoming more and more important with the growth of supplier chain,especially under the global market competitive surrounding.It is also a big challenge to the manufacturing cooperation with large range of product line.To increase the supplier quality,V Company initiated the supplier analysis based on the institution engineering and organizational behavior theory.The existing supplier quality management mechanism was redesigned according to the module implementation and quantitative calculation.By adjusting the monitoring method,behavior utility and behavior resource,and also by recomposing the behavior opportunity by AHP(analytic hierarchy process),the supplier quality improvement program of V Company was made more effective and higher efficient(defects rate decreased from2.3%to0.9%in nine months try-running).On this basis,the institution engineering is proved to be a good tool and method for the management improvement and optimization.It will be more and more mature and would become a popular solution in different organization management fields.
