目的 利用碱灼烧引起的小鼠角膜血管新生模型探究穿心莲内酯对角膜血管新生的抑制作用.方法 构建小鼠碱灼烧角膜新生血管模型;于建模后4 d开始,每3天一次腹腔注射不同浓度穿心莲内酯(0.1 M,0.2 M),14 d后观察两种浓度穿心莲内酯对角膜血管新生的作用.结果 成功地构建了小鼠角膜新生血管模型.给予两种穿心莲内酯后,小鼠角膜新生血管面积明显比模型组少(P〈0.05),且当穿心莲内酯浓度达到0.2 M时对角膜新生血管形成的抑制作用更明显.结论 穿心莲内酯对小鼠角膜血管新生有抑制作用.
Objective To investigate the effect of andrographolide on corneal neovascularization.Methods Corneal neovascularization model was constructed in mice, then intraperitoneal injection of andrographolide(0.1 M and 0.2 M)were used to treat corneal neovascularization.Results The experiment successfully built a corneal neovascularization model in mice.Furthermore, the results of andrographolide treatment showed that the corneal neovascularization in andrographolide groups (0.1 M and 0.2 M) was obviously less than that in model group (P〈0.05).Besides, andrographolide (0.2 M) had more strong inhibition on corneal neovascularizaiton than andrographolide (0.1 M).Conclusion Andrographolide can effectively inhibit the corneal neovascularization in mice.
