首先,通过改变刀具切削刃的形状,以三段抛物线代替齿条的直线齿廓,推导出了刀具齿面方程。提出小轮齿廓修形量的计算方法,为实际加工提供了依据。其次,针对人字齿轮的啮合特点,建立了人字齿轮啮合的坐标关系,基于斜齿轮轮齿接触分析,提出了人字齿轮轮齿接触分析的方法。最后,以一对试验人字齿轮为例,通过对小轮齿廓修形量和齿面印痕的比较,验证了该方法的正确性。
Firstly, through changing the shape of cutter-edge, three-segment parabola was used to substitute for the linear profile, and cutter surface equation was deduced. The calculation of pinion modification was presented which offered basis for practical machining. Secondly, according to the meshing characteristics of double helical gears, coordinate system for double helical gears meshing was built, and furthermore, tooth contact analysis (TCA) of double helical gears was discussed based on that of helical gears. Finally, an experiment which verified the correct of method was provided by the comparison with detected modification of pinion and tooth surface light contact.
