从平台开放资源视角,探讨平台开放度对主导企业绩效的影响机理以及不同维度的平台吸引力对以上过程的调节作用。对中国31家软件平台及其主导企业相关数据的实证研究发现,平台开放广度对主导企业绩效有正向影响;平台开放深度对主导企业绩效呈倒U型影响;不同维度平台吸引力在平台开放度影响主导企业绩效过程中的调节作用不同。其中,平台服务水平正向调节开放广度对主导企业绩效的影响,但平台用户规模和商业变现能力未呈现这一作用;平台用户基数和商业变现能力正向调节平台开放深度对绩效的影响,但平台服务水平的负向调节假设只受部分支持。
From the perspective of open resources, the impact of platform openness on dominant enterprise performance and the moderating effect of platform appearance are discussed. Taking 31 software platform and their dominant enterprises as samples, experiential study finds that open breadth has positive effect on the performance of platform leader, while open depth has inverted U-shaped effect on it. The moderating effects of the platform appearance in different dimensions are different. In the process of open breadth affecting the performance of dominant enterprise, the service level plays positive moderating role, but the user scale and commercial liquidation ability don't present this role. The user scale and commercial liquidation ability positively moderate the impact of open depth on performance of dominant enterprises, but the negatively moderating effect of service level only partly support by the data.
