自20世纪90年代末以来,中国医患纠纷的起因主要由技术性原因转移为社会性原因,对医患纠纷的研究文献也出现了迅速增长。这些文献主要集中在医患纠纷起因、冲突升级、纠纷化解机制等方面。既有研究为认识和化解医患纠纷提供了一定的实证基础,并从多学科的角度对此问题进行了全方位透视,但也存在着公共管理角度研究不足、相关主体功能系统定位模糊、重视冲突化解而忽视了冲突转化、实证调查缺乏深挖掘、模式总结不够深入等缺陷,应在日后研究中加以改进和完善。
Since the late 1990s, the main cause of patient-hospital dispute has shifted from technical factors to social factors. The related literatures also began to grow fast. These literatures focus on the causes of patient-hospital dispute, conflict escalation and the resolution mechanism etc. They provide a solid empirical basis for the resolution and make a multidisciplinary study on this issue. On the other side, there are some aspects should be improved in the further research. Such as the studies on public management perspective are not enough, the function collaboration mechanism is unclear, conflict transformation is neglected, empirical investigations are not been used deeply, pattern research is not deep enough, etc.
