随着中国不断加速城镇化进程，大中城市为了扩大城市的容量而热衷于新城建设，商贸服务功能作为城市重要的服务职能。往往陷于滞后于新城建设的步伐．后续发展用地空间不能得到保证等困境。本文以西安沪灞生态区为例．分析了城市新区商贸服务业发展存在的问题，有针对性地提出休闲娱乐、旅游服务、绿色生态、教育服务等空间布局优化的理念．将沪灞生态区商贸服务业划分为区级商贸中心、次级商业区和社区商业三个等级并制定相应的空间布局方案．提出确保新城商贸服务业的保障措施。

With the acceleration of urbanization in China, some large or medium sized cities tend to build their new town in order to expand their capacity. In this course, Commerce service functions as an important function of city usually be ignored, lag behind the building process of new town or shortage of land supply. This paper takes the Xi＇an Chan-Ba Ecological District （（：BE） for example, Analysis the main problems on the development of commerce service sector in new town. The entertainment service, tours service, education service and ecology are established as the develop concept of spatial distribution optimization of CBF~ The paper divides the CBE commercial system into District--level commerce center, Sub district-level commerce districts and Community commerce point Also some safeguard measures be put forward.
