英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of medicinal components in Aconitum carmichaeli. METHODS： Benzoylmesaconine was preliminary considered as medicinal components of A. carmichaeli. HPLC was applied to determine the content of benzoylmesaconine and performed on Agilent Zobax XDB C18 column （250 mm×2.1 mm, 5 um）. Mobile phase consisted of 0.01% ammonia-acetonitrile （gradient elution） with flow rate of 1 mL. min^-1 and the detection wavelength were set at 240 nm. RESULTS： The linear ranges of benzoylmesaconine was 0.51-10.2 ug. The average recovery of benzoylmesaconine was 102.1% （RSD=2.2%, n=6）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the quality control ofA. carmichaeli.
