在16WCEE上,建筑结构地震反应观测台阵的重要性再次引起重视。本文阐述了建筑结构台阵对于结构抗震设计的意义,分析了结构台阵在美国、日本及我国的发展现状,总结了台阵的布设原则,给出了相关建议,并对发展趋势进行了深入的分析,结论和建议如下:(1)建议地震年损失率可作为国家防震减灾规划中用于代表性建筑结构选择的首要依据;(2)建筑结构台阵的布设需考虑基本原则、结构动力分析、振动台试验和实际震害;(3)为了研究建筑结构在经历地震前后的动态特性及其响应,需要对于结构进行脉动测试;(4)建筑结构台阵的未来发展具有高度智能化、精细化、低成本化、多功能化等特点。
The importance of the seismic response of building structures is emphasized again in the 16WCEE. Building structure seismic response observation array is necessary for structural seismic design. This study is conducted to depict the development of these arrays in the United States, Japan and China. In addition, this paper covers the layout principle of array and the development trend. The conclusions and suggestions are as follows : ( 1 ) the annual loss rate can be regarded as the important basis for the selection of representative buildings used to design building structure seismic response observation array in the national earthquake disaster mitigation plan; (2) the basic principle, the structural dynamic analysis, shaking table test and the actual seismic damage should be considered for building structure array layout ; (3) in order to study the dynamic characteristics and response of the structure before and after the earthquake, it is necessary to make the pulsation test for building structures; (4) the future development of structure array has the characteristics of high intelligence, precision, low cost and multifunction.
