该文为了提高对小目标的探测能力,基于平面波模型提出了一种共址MIMO主动声纳探测处理框架。通过发射正交波形,获得虚拟阵元,实现阵孔径的扩展,减小波束形成后的主瓣宽度,降低旁瓣高度,以提高主动声纳的空间分辨能力,实现对目标方位的高精度估计。设计GLRT检测器,检测估计方向是否有目标存在。实验结果表明MIMO处理较相控阵处理具有更好的目标分辨能力。
For enhancement of detection of a small target, a colocated MIMO active sonar processing frame- work based on a plane wave model is proposed in this paper. By transmitting orthogonal waveforms to obtain virtual array elements and the increase of array aperture, the width of the main lobe of the receiving beam is decreased and the level of the side lobe is cut down. Thus, a higher resolution active sonar system is achieved and the target bear is estimated more accurately. Then, a GLRT detector is designed to determine whether the target exists in a certain direction. The experimental results have shown that the MIMO sonar performs well o- ver the conventional phased-array sonar in identification of a target.
