With the deep reform going, economic development in Zhusanjiao Area has caught up with the advanced countries. While gaining profit, these areas are facing problems such as the high cost , the industry updating. The local labor concentrated industries with low added value are shifted to the Southwest area. The author analyzes this trend and offers some suggestions.
