面对宏观经济各种运行态势，政府将采取不同的宏观调控手段以保持经济长期稳定、健康发展。本文针对政府制定宏观调控政策的工作任务，分析了面向宏观调控决策过程的基本需求，构建了一个基于数据仓库的宏观调控决策支持系统的框架。该系统的主要特点是在数据挖掘和文本挖掘的基础上，进行数据分析和指标预测，从经济周期的完整过程对宏观调控政策效果予以评价，从而为宏观调控政策的选择提供参考。
英文摘要：
To keep continual and steady development of national economy, the central government adopts different macroeconomic policies according to different economic situations. By investigating the decision process of macroeconomic adjusting and controlling, this paper proposes a framework of a macroeconomic decision support system based on data warehouse technique. The main features of this DSS are that, on the basis of data mining and text mining, the system can engage in data analysis, index forecasting and monitoring of economic indicators, and presents policy evaluation from the view of the whole economic cycle, hence the system will provide a better support for choosing the macroeconomic policies.
