The thesis discusses the high turbidity water purifying plant water treatment problems in Dengkou of Mengolia, suggests to apply radical sedimentation basis for reducing original water turbidity while selecting common processing technologies, so as to make the water meet Drink- ing Water Health Criteria（ GB 5749--2006）, which has provided some guiding basis for high turbidity water plant construction and transformation.
