On the basis of analyzing traffic characteristics on emergency,some traffic organization methods are proposed,such as,combination of one-way traffic and express lanes,no left turn,temporary traffic channelization and one-way green wave.And also the estimate methods are presented.The estimate result indicated that these traffic organization methods on emergency can improve road network capacity and promote rescue and evacuation process.
