分析了新疆地区煤炭资源分布特征与生态环境特征。结合新疆矿区煤层赋存特征及开采工艺特征分析了煤炭开采导致的主要典型生态环境问题，即开采活动对区域水资源的破坏，对土地土壤资源的破坏，对地表植被的破坏，以及典型煤火灾害的危害等。从政策、技术层面提出了解决及减缓上述问题的对策建议，以期有助于问题的逐步解决。

英文摘要：

In this paper,analysis was made on the characteristics of coal resource distribution and ecological environment in Xinjiang Region. Based on the analysis of the occurence features of coal seams and mining technologies in coal mining areas in Xinjiang Region, analysis was also carried out on the primary typical ecological environmental issues caused by coal mining activities, including the distruction to the regional water resources, the distruction to the soil and land resources, and the distruction to the surface vegetation as well as the typical coal spontaneous combustion. Some countermeasures and suggestions for solving and mitigating the above-mentioned issues were put forward from the aspect of policy and technology so as to gradually and efficiently solve them.
