Regional monopoly and farmer-integration are two particular phenomena come with horizontal M&A and expansion of agribusiness. The consequences of them are conflicting: on the one hand, they enhance the farmers' production capacity and market trading capabilities and then improve farmers' incomes; on the other hand, a result of cooperative control for farmers' "hold up" will strengthen the dependence of thrmers on agribusiness and thus sacrifice the interests of farmers. In this article, with the field survey data from farmers and agribusiness, we analyze the effect of regional monopoly and farmer-integration on farmers' cooperation satisfaction. The results show that when the firm size is large, regional monopoly has negative effect on the farmers' cooperation satisfaction, while when the performance is high, regional monopoly has positive effect; farmer-integration directly improve cooperation satisfaction. The conclusions should be the reference for the capital markets supporting measures of the "three rural" development.
