为适应电网发展需要,提出了开发3维协调的新一代电网能量管理系统(EMS)。该系统的运行模式是自动预警型的,是在空间、时间和控制目标等3个维度综合协调的在线分析、预警和辅助决策系统,是全局协调优化后进行的闭环控制系统。文中给出了新一代EMS的系统设计,分析了其主要特征及其与传统EMS的主要区别,讨论了开发新一代EMS需要解决的若干关键技术问题,展望了新一代EMS的应用前景。

英文摘要:

To meet the challenge of electric power system growth, the development of a new generation of EMS (N-EMS) with 3-dimensional coordination is proposed. Operation mode of the N-EMS is an automatic early warning type. It is an on-line analysis, early warning and computer-aided decision making system comprehensively coordinated in 3 dimensions of time, space and control objective. It is also a closed loop control system with global optimization. The main characteristic of the N-EMS, major differences between N-EMS and conventional EMS are discussed. Based on a 3-dimentional (space, time and control objective) analysis, a conceptual design of N-EMS, core technologies needed for developing the N-EMS, and methodologies/ technologies for realizing such a new system are proposed. The future application potentials of the N-EMS are outlined.
