研究旨在探讨在权威决定与制度决定两种不同管理模式下程序公正与权威信任对结果接受性的影响。以社会交换理论为理论基础,采用大学生奖学金评定实验情境,以两种管理模式为背景因素,通过2(权威信任:高/低)×2(程序公正:高/低)的被试间设计探讨权威信任对程序公正效应的影响。结果发现,权威决定情境下,权威信任调节程序公正效应,在权威信任较高的条件下,程序公正能够显著提升结果接受性,在权威信任较低的条件下,无论程序是否公正,被试的结果接受性普遍较低;制度决定情境下,权威信任对程序公正的调节效应不显著,且权威信任与程序公正均能正向预测结果接受性。
The present study aimed to discuss the influence of procedural justice and trust in authority on people's outcome acceptance under two different management modes, authority determined and institution determined. Using the scholarship selection scenario experiments and the different management modes as background factors, the experiment design was a 2(trust in authority: high / low) ×2(procedural justice:high / low) between-subject design to discuss the influence of trust in authority on procedural justice effect.The main conclusions are as the following: when the outcome was determined by authority, authority trust positive moderated the relationship between procedural justice and outcome acceptance. Only under the condition of high authority trust, authority enacting procedure justice can improve people's procedural justice judgments and outcome acceptance. Under the condition of low authority trust, the outcome acceptance was low no matter about the procedural. When the outcome was determined by institution, procedural justice and trust in authority both had positive impact on outcome acceptance.
