实际工程中有许多同时含有粘滞阻尼和干摩擦阻尼的振动系统,需要对其进行振动控制,以减少因此带来的结构损伤。推导了简谐力激励下,主振动系统为含干摩擦环节单自由度系统在进行动力吸振时的频响方程,依据该频响方程进行了仿真。结果表明,经过一个暂态过程后,主振动系统振动为零。运用此方法对某化工厂苯加氢管道振动进行了治理,使其加速度响应降到了原来的1/10,达到了较好的振动控制效果。
In practice, there is a sort of vibration system that needs to decrease its vibration which contains both the coulomb and viscous damping. The response equation of the single-mode system was deduced. This system, including the coulomb and the viscous damping, is controlled by appendages under harmonic excitation. Based on the response equation, the simulation shows the vibration of the system trends zero. Acceding to the equation, the acceleration response is reduced to 10 times in the pipeline system of a chemical plant.
