双离合器式自动变速器(DCT)从根本上解决了电控机械式自动变速存在的切断动力换挡问题,极大地提高了换挡舒适性,保证了车辆具有良好的动力性与换挡特性,具有结构简单、传动效率高的优点。笔者分析了两轴式、单中间轴式和双中间轴式DCT传动方案的优缺点,根据其结构特点,归纳出各传动结构适用的汽车布置形式;对比分析了双面离合器和双重离合器DCT的传动性能;运用功率流模型对比分析了DCT传动结构特点,得出DCT在乘用车上一般采用的结构形式。分析了干式和湿式双离合器的结构特性和性能特征,归纳出干式和湿式双离合器的DCT适用的车型,最后总结了气动式、电-液式、电动式执行机构方案的优缺点。通过对DCT相关的分析和归纳可为双离合器自动变速器的设计和开发提供一定的参考。
Transmission schemes of two shafts,single intermediate shaft and dual intermediate shaft for dual clutch transmission(DCT) are studied in detail.According to their structural features,applicable arrangement forms for the vehicle of every transmission structure are summarized and comparative analysis of the transmission performance of the double side clutch and dual clutch is done.According to the characteristics of different transmission schemes derived by the power flow model,the structure of DCT used in passenger cars is determined.Dry and wet dual-clutch structural properties and performance characteristics are analyzed.Models of vehicle for dry and wet dual clutch DCT are summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of pneumatic,electro hydraulic and electric shift actuator are concluded.
