利用HVAF超音速火焰喷涂技术制备了Fe40Cr23Mo14C15B6Y2非晶合金涂层。并将涂层在550、600、665、716、760、811℃这6个温度下进行真空热处理。采用X射线衍射仪、差热分析仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、显微维氏硬度仪、动态极化曲线对涂层进行结构和性能的研究。通过与原始状态下涂层进行对比发现,热处理后涂层会析出Fe、Cr、Mo的碳化物,使得涂层硬度明显升高,而同时也产生贫铬区和孔洞,使得涂层耐腐蚀性能降低。
Fe-based amorphous alloy coatings(Fe40Cr23Mo14C15B6Y2)were deposited by high-velocity air fuel technology.The as-sprayed coatings were heat treated under 550、600、665、716、760、811 ℃,respectively.XRD,DSC,SEM,Vickers Indenter and Electrochemical measurements were used for the investigation on structure and properties of coatings.Compared to the as-sprayed coating,precipitate composed of(Fe,Cr,Mo)-carbide was observed in heat treated coatings,which lead to the increase of hardness and decrease of corrosion resistance.
