使用真空淬火炉制备出含τ-A1Mn相的Mn-25Al中间合金,并将其加入到Mg-6A1镁合金中。同时分析了该中间合金对Mg-6Al的晶粒细化效果。实验结果表明,Mn-25Al中间合金中的τ-AlMn相对Mg-6Al镁合金有一定的细化效果,Mn含量为0.3wt%时,细化效果最好。点阵错配度计算分析表明,τ-AlMn相可以成为镁合金异质形核核心。
Mn-25A1 intermediate alloy containing τ-A1Mn phase was prepared by using vacuum quenching furnace, and it was added to the Mg-6A1 magnesium alloy. Meanwhile, the effects of the intermediate alloy on grain refinement of Mg-6A1 alloys were analyzed. The experimental results show that, τ-A1Mn phase in Mn-25A1 intermediate alloy has the certain refinement effect to the Mg-6A1 magnesium alloy. When the content of Mn is 0.3wt%, the refining effect of the magnesium alloy is the best. Lattice mismatch calculation analysis shows that τ-A1Mn phase can act as magnesium alloy heterogeneous nuclei.
