The stationary characteristic of the optimization process is analyzed in this paper, and several theorems about the optimal strategy are proposed. On this basis, a method of directly calculating the optimal status and strategy is presented to make optimal operation schemes, which can be used in various energy fields to solve the optimization problem of thermal generation schedule, cascade reservoir generation schedule and other production schedules.
