英文摘要：

A combination method,analysis of subblock orientation histogram and design of a two-dimensional Gabor filter bank,is proposed in this paper to extract the regular streaks on melanoma surfaces. Meanwhile,the irregular structural descriptors for melanomas are given. First of all,the paper prefetches regular steaks based on the analysis of subblock orientation histogram,and then extracts regular streaks based on 2-D Gabor filter bank. The accuracy of obtaining streaks on the surface of melanoma is improved significantly. Experimental results show that the proposed method could better describe structural features of irregular streaks on the surface of melanoma,and provides an effective way to distinguish irregular streaks in melanomas from regular streaks.
