信息技术已经改变了人类的学习、工作、生活、娱乐方式。为了全面、深刻地认识信息技术应用对早期教育的影响,本研究通过文献研究、引文追溯法,选取SSCI、CSSCI期刊中的相关文献,再通过SWOT分析法分析信息技术早期教育应用的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。结果表明信息技术能拓展早期教育时空、提升人类早期教育与儿童学习能效、优化早期教育环境、丰富早期教育内容与手段等,但技术本质上是负载价值的相对中性,技术应用的成败与利弊取决于人,因此信息技术无法取代人在早期教育中的作用与地位。电视、电影、动画片及其他视频、电子游戏、移动设备、音频、电子书、社交媒体等各种信息技术都各有所长,在认知、社会、情感、身体发展、行为习惯等领域均对儿童发展有积极影响,且影响各有差异。同时,各种信息技术也有可能给儿童发展的上述领域带来严重威胁与消极影响,例如媒体或游戏上瘾、不健康媒体内容(包括暴力、烟酒毒、色情与性等)、网络欺凌、数字脚印、隐私及其他网络安全隐患、大脑损伤、骨骼疼痛、视力受损、发育迟缓、运动能力低下、营养失衡、肥胖、睡眠问题、不健康体像、心理问题、阅读能力削弱、社会认知障碍、社会交往能力低等。根据SWOT分析的结果,信息技术应用于早期教育时应采取微观技术性对策与宏观社会性对策。微观技术性对策包括优势一机会策略、劣势一机会策略、优势一威胁策略、劣势一威胁策略等四种基本策略,其执行需要处理好系统分析、平衡管控、应用创新等三个环节,且需理清它们之间的相互关系;宏观社会性对策包括构建智慧早期教育新理论体系、发展儿童文化创意产业、健全并严格执行涉及儿童信息安全与健康的相关法规、建立能有效保护儿童的信息
Information technology has changed entertainment. To fully and deeply understand the human being's way of learning, work, life and impact that information technology application has on early education and to promote children's development more effectively, by way of literature research and retrospective of references, this study selected related documents from SSCI and CSSCI, and analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats of information technology application in early education. The results of such SWOT analysis indicated that information technology can expand the space and time of early education, promote the efficiency of human being's early education and children's learning, optimize early education environment, enrich the content and method of early education, etc. But the nature of the value that technology loads is neutral, whether the technology application succeeds or fails, their pros and cons depend on human beings. Information technology cannot replace the role that people play in early education. Various information technologies, such as television, movie, anime and other video, video game, mobile devices, music, e-book, social media, have different advantages and positive impacts on early education in the fields of children's cognition, social emotion, body development, behavior and habits etc. But in the meantime, various kinds of information technology bring serious threats and passive impacts to above-mentioned fields of child's development, such as being addicted to media or games, unhealthy media contents (including violence, alcohol and tobacco & drugs addiction, pornography and sexual content etc. ), cyberbullying, digital footprint, privacy and other internet security risks, cerebral lesion, skeleton pain, visual impaired, physically growth retardation, low athletic ability, nutritional imbalance, over-weight, insomnia, unhealthy body images, psychical problems, weaken reading ability, social cognition obstacle, low social communication ability.
