采用大气等离子喷涂设备(APS),在0Cr25Ni20不锈钢基体上制备了Al2O3-Cr2O3/NiCoCrAlYTa涂层。通过调整Al2O3、Cr2O3配比获得了不同组织特性的涂层。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、显微硬度计、图像衬度分析对涂层进行研究。结果表明:涂层内部呈现层状结构,并存在一定数量的气孔和裂纹。涂层中存在Cr2O3、Ni3Al、Al2O3等晶体相和少量非晶相。涂层的孔隙率与显微硬度呈现负相关关系,在Al2O3和Cr2O3的质量百分数比为3:2时,孔隙率达到最小值,显微硬度达到最高值。
Al2O3-Cr2O3/NiCoCrA1YTa coatings were deposited on 0Cr25Ni20 stainless steel substrate by atmospheric plasma spraying (APS). The coating with different microstructure characteristic can be obtained by adjusting the ratio of Al2O3 and Cr2O3. The coating was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), microhardness apparatus and image contrast analysis. The results show that the internal of the coating is featured by stratified structure, which has some pores and cracks. The coating consists of crystal phase such as Cr2O3, Ni3A1 and Al2O3 and a few amorphous phases. The porosity and microhardness of the coating present negative correlation. When the ratio of the mass percentage of Al2O3 and Cr203 is 3:2, the porosity reaches the minimum value and the microhardness reaches the peak value.
